Gabriella is currently practicing hyperrealism drawing using colouring pencils. Her work is influenced by shine and sculpture-like objects and distorting them in some kind of way. Be it through the use of slime, plastic  or playing with scale, you wont believe it's a drawing.

 

A big lover of Dalí's absurd and surreal style, Gabriella says, "The juxtaposition of a beautiful, natural piece of fruit against synthetic, almost vulgar, shiny slime is so attractive and interesting to me."
